Essential Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support for the office staff
- Handling general telephone and walk-in inquiries
- Managing property key inventory, making sure every tech and vendor has the keys they need for the day
- Attending and participating in office meetings
- Attending and participating in training sessions as directed by the Manager
- Adhering to all procedures required in this role
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results
Requirements
- One-two years’ experience in administrative support
- A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
- Managing referrals across departments
- Knowledge of the Internet and email
- Basic telephone switchboard knowledge
- Providing excellent customer service in person and on the phone
- Administrative support, reporting, and data entry timelines met
- Established customer service standards maintained
