The Le Meridien Sheraton Charlotte Hotel is currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and service-oriented individual for the position of Director of Outlets to join our team at our StepStone Hospitality managed hotel. The Le Meridien Sheraton Hotel, located in Uptown Charlotte, is a 605-room dual complex with 65,000 sq. ft of meeting and conference space.
The Director of Outlets is responsible for maintaining standards of food, beverage, quality guest service while ensuring multiple outlets are running smooth on a day-to-day basis.
Scheduled hours may vary weekly between Monday-Sunday. Weekdays, weekends, and holidays are required.

Requirements
- Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the food and beverage department.
- Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.
- Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department that relate to the overall objectives of the hotel.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual hotel budget.
- Ability to compile schedules for department based on staffing standards and hotel flow through.
- Ability to successfully complete payroll for department.
- Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.
- Manage in compliance with Federal, state, local, and StepStone regulations and standards.
- Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and inventory control.
- Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
- Ability to accurately use various office and accounting software.
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all line level duties and roles.
