
This key position is responsible for driving catering sales, ensuring exceptional service, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow catering business through proactive sales efforts, client outreach, and community engagement.
Manage all aspects of event planning, from initial client inquiry through final execution, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Collaborate closely with the banquet, culinary, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and event orders, ensuring all client needs and hotel standards are met.
Achieve or exceed catering sales goals and contribute to the hotel’s overall revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of catering sales or event planning experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close business.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with catering software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
