This key position is responsible for driving catering sales, ensuring exceptional service, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow catering business through proactive sales efforts, client outreach, and community engagement.

  • Manage all aspects of event planning, from initial client inquiry through final execution, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

  • Collaborate closely with the banquet, culinary, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and event orders, ensuring all client needs and hotel standards are met.

  • Achieve or exceed catering sales goals and contribute to the hotel’s overall revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of catering sales or event planning experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close business.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

  • Familiarity with catering software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
