Director of Client Services: Elevate Client Experience & Agency Success

TRIAD is looking for a Director of Client Services to lead our Client Services team, cultivate key client relationships, and drive agency success. Position: Director, Client Services


Reports to the leadership team. Oversees the success of the Client Services team.


Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership – Direct Client Services team, helping to problem solve, mentor, and strengthen the skills required for TRIAD’s continued success; Provide high-level oversight of all client accounts, identifying opportunities and forecasting challenges; Spearhead standard processes for leveraging new agency management software (FunctionPoint).
  • Client Relationship Building – Cultivate a portfolio of key client accounts, working to deepen and broaden the agency’s relationship with priority organizations of all sectors; Set and uphold the standard for high-quality client service for the agency.
  • Project Management – Provide structure and process for a variety of creative projects; Serve as a conduit between cross-functional TRIAD teams and clients; Facilitate and/or support all stages of a project from inception to fruition (i.e., proposals, estimates, quotes, timelines, deliverables, feedback, invoices, satisfaction).
  • Agency Ambassadorship – Maintain an understanding of TRIAD’s services, specialties, and unique value-adds, as a tool for proactively suggesting solutions to marketing challenges for current and potential clients; Support business development efforts, including writing proposals and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses; Represent TRIAD locally, regionally, and in the digital space to grow our brand and influence.


Requirements

  • Practical leadership expertise fueled by a vision for individual, team, and agency growth
  • Refined relationship-building chops with a demonstrated track record of deepening partnerships
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously and with a high degree of detail orientation
  • Curiosity, big thinking, and an eye for opportunities to innovate and improve
  • Availability to represent TRIAD at meetings and events on nights and weekends, as needed


Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, project management, fund development, and/or new business acquisition
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • Previous experience working at a full-service ad agency is a bonus, but not required
