- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and support in achieving technical roadmap goals, with a focus on skillset development.
- Participate in cost center budget creation, projections, and tracking activities.
- Contribute and execute customer facing activities like Voice of Customer and customer centric design in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or related discipline
- 8+ years of engineering, management, or related experience
- People management experience required
- Project management experience preferred
