Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduling Associate to support our Production Scheduling team in managing and updating production orders. This administrative role plays a key part in ensuring our value-added services meet company goals and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the production process and contribute to the creation and maintenance of daily and weekly production schedules. Responsibilities also include posting schedules, receiving completed orders, troubleshooting production issues, developing templates, improving workflows, and supporting overall production efficiency.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with developing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Communicate schedule changes and production status updates across teams
- Receive and process completed production orders
- Create templates for value-added production processes
- Analyze production flow to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the optimization of workflow and overall performance
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication and time management skills; proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift regularly (5–15 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.)
- Capable of lifting files, using step stools, and accessing filing cabinets
- Regular use of hands and fingers to operate office equipment
- Visual acuity (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth, and focus)
