The Sr Specialist - Learning & Development role will support the design, development, assessment, and implementation of leadership development company-wide programming. An ideal candidate can help us create effective learning strategy that uses a blended learning approach for target audiences that include US and international team members spanning all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and design effective learning curriculum for corporate employees (in-person, hybrid, and virtually).
- Partner with internal clients to create custom learning solutions content and design methodology.
- Responsible for program evaluation to ensure ROI and key success measures for leadership & development programs.
- Oversee LMS tracking and assist with annual compliance training efforts.
- Support vendor management and oversee external systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Communication, Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing custom learning solutions for diverse target audiences.
- Experience designing blended (both instructor-led and technology-based content) learning curriculum within learning management systems (Storyline, Articulate).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and ability to partner and build positive working relationships with employees at all levels.
- Expertise in adult learning and related theories / methodologies.
- Previous experience consulting and influencing multiple stakeholders / client groups at all levels.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in learning & development within a corporate organization.
- Gallup Certified Strengths Coach or related certification strongly desired.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
