Description
Here at Valkyrie Protection Agency, our Unarmed Security Guard is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, controlling access points, and responding to incidents as they arise. Duties include conducting regular patrols to detect unauthorized activity, potentially monitoring CCTV systems, and providing access control by verifying IDs. Upon staff request, you will be responsible for bag and/or personnel searches looking for prohibited items. Guards are also tasked with responding promptly to emergencies, assisting with disturbances, or potential criminal activity, and notifying appropriate authorities when necessary. In addition, the guard prepares detailed incident reports, daily logs, and activity summaries, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
This position will operate on a 36/48 hour work week rotation. One week you will work 36 hours, the next you will make up for it with 48 hours. These will be acquired with 12 hour OVER NIGHT shifts!

Requirements
- Possession of or ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Card
- Current Unarmed Guard Card (already issued)
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work nights and flexible hours
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to established protocols
- Strong reading and writing skills
- Access to a personal cell phone for communication and reporting
- Ability to create detailed incident reports and logs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
