What You’ll Do

  • Be the welcoming voice and face of our office
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate client and Care Pro records
  • Manage day-to-day office tasks and communications
  • Support Care Pro engagement efforts and team coordination
  • Keep our office stocked and organized with needed supplies

  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team
  • Proficiency in technology with a comfort level learning new systems, tools, and platforms including social media
  • A kind, professional demeanor and a desire to serve others
  • Reliable, detail-focused, and great under pressure
