The person in this role will support global transfer pricing processes, including the preparation of financial analysis needed for the development, implementation, and defense of Lilly’s transfer pricing system. The position will collect and analyze financial data, prepare clear and well-organized supporting documentation, and work with both internal and external business partners to accomplish these goals.
- Key objectives:
- Prepare, collect, and analyze product-specific financial data
- Calculate and allocate product specific income and expense items
- Prepare and provide forecast information to business partners
- Document tax positions and processes
- Prepare responses to income tax audits, specifically related to transfer pricing requests
- Remain current with transfer pricing issues and perform tax research
- Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Public Accountant or working towards CPA license
- Minimum 3 years of corporate income tax experience or public accounting income tax experience working with corporate clients
- Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.
- Preferences:
- Strong Excel expertise
- Transfer pricing experience and/or desire to learn global transfer pricing laws and business processes
- Strong analytical, critical thinking skills
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
- SAP experience
- Other Information:
- Work outside of core business hours required for teleconferences before/after normal work hours and at peak project times.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$61,500 - $143,000Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
