Pre-Cert Scheduler Full Time - Dr. Beacham

Full Time Pre-Cert Scheduler needed for pain management clinic in North Oklahoma City

• Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all incoming scheduling calls for new and existing patient and referrals for multiple providers
• Will obtain authorizations for office visits and procedures
• Responsible for the accuracy of the providers schedules
• Scan and index patient records into EHR
• Will work within a team and share our vision for excellent patient care
• Various duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Medical eligibility/pre-certification experience required
• Must be organized and dependable, be able to work independently yet in a team atmosphere and possess a compassionate and caring attitude towards our patients
• Experience with electronic health records (Epic) a plus
• Experience in pain management is highly preferred
• High School graduate or equivalent required (GED)
