The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX has rapidly become a world-class event in its first two years. This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.
The Ticket Operations Supervisor will manage administrative and ticketing tasks related to Grand Prix Plaza. This includes supervising and training Ticket Operations Representatives, reviewing and preparing reporting, assisting with inventory management,. This position will also assist as needed with Las Vegas Grand Prix tasks such as accreditation, order fulfilment and other duties as assigned by management.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and train Ticket Operations Representatives
- Oversee onsite ticket sales to include all GPP experiences as well as tickets to the Las Vegas Grand Prix
- Acts as management when the Manager, Ticket Operations for Grand Prix Plaza is not on site.
- Inventory management to ensure correct times, pricing and packages are built in the ticketing system and inventory is available online. Recommend inventory changes as needed
- In the absence of the Ticket Operations Manager, work collaboratively with all Grand Prix Plaza operations teams to ensure a seamless operational flow. This includes quick inventory management and communications during emergencies or inclement weather conditions
- Input and process ticket orders as received
- Manage Box Office inbox and respond accordingly to guests
- Assist management and analytics as needed with reporting
- Assist with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. Recommend new policies and procedures.
- Liaise with the operations team regarding daily operational procedures including ticket scanning, guest service resolution for experiences, and any other operational issues that may arise
- Conduct chargeback research and liaise with Finance on outcome of findings
- Assist Ticket Ops Management with Las Vegas Grand Prix ticketing duties as assigned. This includes, but is not limited to order fulfilment, accreditation, and working onsite during race week to assist the Box Office and Accreditation teams.
Critical Skills
- Experience with ShowClix, TickX, Archtics and Ticketmaster Host preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to make/implement changes quickly
- Be a self-starter with keen attention to detail
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Ability to resolve issues and provide solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year within the event ticketing industry preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in ShowClix, TickX, Archtics and Ticketmaster Host preferred
- Experience with ticket sales, reporting and inventory management preferred
- Excellent communication, verbal, written and presentation skills
- Must be willing to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
