Amphenol Pcd is seeking a Distribution Analyst to support our Distribution Manager and channel partners through data analysis, reporting, and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex sales and inventory data into actionable insights to help drive strategic growth. You’ll also serve as a key escalation point for pricing, delivery, and partner support.

Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of this role are to manage and organize sales and inventory analytics into actionable reports that support strategic decisions. Working closely with the Distribution Manager, this individual will help shape growth plans for the distribution channel and provide support for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Essential Functions

  • Analyze booking and sales trends, POS data, and inventory levels to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Schedule, prepare, and assist in delivering business reviews with channel partners.
  • Support forecasting efforts and contribute to achieving monthly distribution order and revenue goals.
  • Assist in preparing distribution-related content for operational reviews, budget planning, and strategic meetings.
  • Serve as an escalation point for pricing, delivery, and partner-related issues.
  • Maintain standard price lists and respond to special pricing requests.
  • Track and manage Long Term Agreements (LTAs).
  • Support relationship-building with Amphenol Sales and Distribution partners through training, collaboration, and occasional travel.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally upon request.
  • Experience working with or supporting distribution partners.
  • Background in sales operations, marketing, or data analytics (1+ years preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Mil-Aero and/or Commercial Air market experience is highly desired.

Education

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
