Description

Superintendent - Multifamily - $150k - Responsibilities

• Lead the construction and renovation of a 90-unit multifamily affordable housing project

• Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and report directly to the Director of Field Operations

• Ensure all aspects of the project, including safety, quality, and scheduling, are managed efficiently

• Work with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow

• Utilize Sage Project Site (previously Timberline) for project management and documentation

Profile

Superintendent - Multifamily - $150k - Will have

• 10+ years of experience in multifamily construction, with a focus on ground-up and renovation projects

• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Familiarity with Sage Project Site software (preferred, but training is available)

• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Athol, MA

• Commutable to Athol (no remote or hybrid options)
