Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Balance accounts from the day shift
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake up calls and other concierge duties
- Handle guest requests and complaints employing other departments as necessary
- Manage and update all official documents pertaining to the role
- Ensure all end-of-day activities have been successfully reconciled
- Answer calls and queries on various internal and external communication lines
- Strong customer service ability
- 1-2 years of hotel night audit experience
- Advanced math and bookkeeping skills
- Computer-based knowledge such as data entry, accounting, invoicing, and billing
- Attention to detail and organization
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- Problem solver and ability to diffuse tense situations
- Able to work weekends and holidays
