Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion within budget and timeline.
- Communicate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements.
- Research and select venues, suppliers, and vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
- Develop detailed event agendas, timelines, and logistical plans to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee on-site event management, including setup, execution, and teardown.
- Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
