Position Overview
You’ll manage a consistent patient panel, conducting exams, managing chronic illnesses, and offering preventative services across age groups. You’ll also participate in quality initiatives and team huddles to enhance patient care outcomes.

Qualifications
- MSN or DNP
- FNP-C or FNP-BC
- NJ licensure or eligibility
- Clinical experience in primary care or community health preferred
- EMR proficiency and bilingual skills (Spanish/Portuguese/Creole) are a plus
- Base salary: $115,000 – $160,000 depending on experience
