The Role
We are looking for a Financial Controller to lead our accounting infrastructure and processes while providing strategic oversight of our FP&A team. In this role, you will serve as a member of our Leadership team, reporting directly to the CFO, and drive scalable and efficient finance and accounting operations in a dynamic, highly technical environment. You will manage our financial operations related to billing, subscription management, and cash flow, while ensuring that we maintain and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and analysis.

What you'll do
- Manage all finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Manage external audits and maintain compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI mapping, providing meaningful analysis to guide executive and board-level decisions
- Implement and improve scalable financial systems, processes, and controls aligned with our business model and growth expectations
- 8-10 years of progressive experience within finance operations and accounting management, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics and reporting, revenue recognition, and banking and cash management best practices
- Proven experience managing payroll, accounting close, reporting, and FP&A process teams
- Experience in stakeholder reporting, including lenders and investors
- Experience working at companies with multinational reach, with management of international transactions in multiple currencies
- Hands-on experience with financial and accounting software like Netsuite, Planful
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience in structuring KPIs and analytics to support the performance and growth of the company
- Strong data and analytical skills
