This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney. The Litigation Attorney role encompasses various responsibilities, including supporting the intake department in evaluating cases for lead generation, consulting with clients, conducting legal research, drafting essential legal documents, and managing the discovery process. The Litigation Attorney also represents clients in court proceedings, conducts depositions, negotiates, and attends mediation to secure favorable outcomes for our clients, and actively participates in trials. Additionally, the Litigation Attorney ensures compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Texas
- Strong knowledge of Personal Injury Law and legal procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure· Teamwork mindset
