Accounts Receivable (A/R) Supervisor

Columbia Orthopaedic Group is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our A/R team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely revenue cycle operations. This is a vital role in our organization, directly contributing to financial health and patient satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support the A/R team’s daily functions and workflows
• Oversee accurate and timely billing, collections, and payment posting
• Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances
• Train and mentor team members; provide performance feedback and coaching
• Collaborate with billing, coding, and front office staff to resolve issues
• Prepare reports for leadership and help identify trends or areas of improvement
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and policy updates
  
  

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of medical A/R experience (orthopaedic experience is a plus!)
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of insurance payers, denials, and appeals processes
• Tech-savvy with EMR and practice management systems
• Sharp attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
