Columbia Orthopaedic Group is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our A/R team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely revenue cycle operations. This is a vital role in our organization, directly contributing to financial health and patient satisfaction.

Columbia Orthopaedic Group is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead our A/R team and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely revenue cycle operations. This is a vital role in our organization, directly contributing to financial health and patient satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support the A/R team’s daily functions and workflows
- Oversee accurate and timely billing, collections, and payment posting
- Monitor aging reports and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances
- Train and mentor team members; provide performance feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with billing, coding, and front office staff to resolve issues
- Prepare reports for leadership and help identify trends or areas of improvement
- Assist with audits, reconciliations, and policy updates
- 3+ years of medical A/R experience (orthopaedic experience is a plus!)
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of insurance payers, denials, and appeals processes
- Tech-savvy with EMR and practice management systems
- Sharp attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
