Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, digital channels, and networking
  • Communicate inspection results and prepare accurate project estimates and proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, and project managers
  • Guide clients through insurance claim processes when applicable
  • Close deals and manage projects from contract to completion
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM software
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and company events
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong work ethic and high motivation to succeed
  • Willingness to learn and be trained in roofing systems, construction, and sales techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who is organized, responsible, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working both in-person and in hybrid/remote environments
