Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, digital channels, and networking
- Communicate inspection results and prepare accurate project estimates and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, and project managers
- Guide clients through insurance claim processes when applicable
- Close deals and manage projects from contract to completion
- Maintain detailed records in CRM software
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and company events
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic and high motivation to succeed
- Willingness to learn and be trained in roofing systems, construction, and sales techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who is organized, responsible, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working both in-person and in hybrid/remote environments
