Job DescriptionAbout the role

  • Create and run daily reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Order office and canteen supplies for the office.
  • Process invoices to Accounts Payable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and support team coverage.

Guest Services work will include the following:

  • Stocking the break area with refreshments and general supplies
  • Taking inventory of office and pantry supplies

Mail Services tasks will include:

  • Checking in/out accountable mail
  • Sending package reminder emails
  • Assisting customers in the mailroom
  • Reprographics work will include:
  • Printing customer requests
  • Scanning documents

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to clients of varying technical backgrounds.*
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to think analytically and creatively to resolve complex issues.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive client relationships.
Experience in Reprographics and Mail Services
Technologically Proficient- Proficiency in using microsoft software, hardware, and digital tools.
High School diploma

The pay range for this position starts at $20.00/hr.; however, base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.*
