We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Product Marketing Analyst to join our growing marketing team. This role blends analytical rigor with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration to drive data-backed marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights that power market strategy, customer engagement, and business growth.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Analysis and Support

  • Conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor movements.
  • Interpret complex data sets to inform marketing and product strategy.
  • Translate market and customer insights into actionable recommendations for go-to-market plans, product positioning, and campaign strategies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of tactical marketing activities, including grand opening events, email campaigns, digital advertising, and social media.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform A/B testing with marketing strategies to indicate the most impactful campaigns.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to support marketing decisions.
  • Utilize interactive dashboards with drill-down capabilities using tools like Power BI and Excel.
  • Provide campaign performance insights with actionable recommendations for optimization.

Project & Process Management

  • Own end-to-end marketing projects from scoping to delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Maintain process documentation, ensure data accuracy, and implement quality control checks.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in reporting and campaign execution.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business leaders, marketers, and product teams to define business questions and data requirements.
  • Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaborative, data-based discussions around marketing performance and customer insights.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, product marketing, or market research (internships included).
  • Proficient with data tools such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting complex data to various stakeholders.
  • Eager to learn and stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and methodologies.
  • If you are tasked to drive as a part of this role, then it is required that you have a clean driving record and a current Driver's License that is not suspended or expired.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
