Your top priority as a Financial Analyst is to provide insightful financial analytics and act as a finance business partner, collaborating closely with teams across the organization. This role is key in driving financial variance analysis, enhancing reporting efficiencies, and supporting business initiatives by turning data into meaningful actions. Your positive, professional, roll-up-your-sleeves-to-help attitude contributes to our winning culture and makes sure we leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a finance business partner, working with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Provide analysis of financial metrics to assess business trends and identify opportunities.
• Gather and report relevant financial data to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Prepare month and quarter end reporting to explain variances to plan.
• Promote continuous improvement in processes, including automation of reports.
• Keep leadership informed of financial risk and opportunities.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
  
  

What you will bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Up to 2 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial statements and financial concepts.
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights.
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across various levels of the organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
