What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments (initial, re-eval) and write treatment plans
- Provide direct supervision to RBTs and behavior techs
- Oversee treatment fidelity, data review, and parent training
- Maintain ethical and compliant documentation in line with Medicaid and private insurance
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical strategy and program development
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum 5 years of clinical ABA experience
- Medicaid experience strongly preferred
- Proven mentorship or supervisory experience
- Desire and capacity to grow into a leadership role
