Brief Description

As a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator, you will support our Enterprise Reporting Department. You will serve as the central point of contact between our Enterprise Reporting Team and agency partners, ensuring timely communication, project coordination, and issue resolution. The Account Coordinator will lead weekly meetings with stakeholders, assist with data mapping and ingestion inquiries, and act as the team lead on reporting-related project management initiatives.

Your Impact:

  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for all new SimioCloud Connect clients, ensuring timely collection, review, and storage of all required documentation.
  • Monitor project milestones and deadlines, proactively resolving any delays or documentation issues.
  • Facilitate and lead recurring weekly meetings with internal stakeholders and end-users to track progress, gather feedback, and address reporting needs.
  • Act as the liaison between the reporting team and end-users to manage workflow and set priorities.
  • Support end-user inquiries related to data mapping, data ingestion, and report functionality.
  • Coordinate the intake, tracking, and delivery of report requests and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and usability.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify process improvements and support the implementation of workflow optimization tools or techniques.


Your Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in traffic coordination, project coordination, reporting, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable leading meetings and engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of data concepts, including mapping, ingestion, and reporting workflows.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of ETL processes and database concepts preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset preferred.
