Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for attracting and recruiting talent that not only meets job requirements but also aligns with the company’s broader employee experience strategy. This role blends traditional recruiting duties with a focus on creating an outstanding candidate journey—from application to onboarding—ensuring alignment with the company’s culture, values, and work environment. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also oversee onboarding training, employee engagement initiatives, and build strong talent pipelines through partnerships with schools, training programs, and other external sources.

The goal is to attract, engage, and retain talent that thrives in the organization’s ecosystem, enriching both their personal experience and the company’s overall employee experience

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employer Brand Advocacy: Promote company culture and values, develop social media campaigns, and highlight employee stories.
  • Social and Talent Engagement: Build relationships with passive candidates and attract diverse talent.
  • Onboarding and Training: Lead onboarding and develop training programs.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Monitor new hires’ experiences and create initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Understand team dynamics and train hiring managers on best practices.
  • Pipeline Building and Data Analytics: Build talent pipelines and use data to improve recruitment strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience: 2-5 years in talent acquisition or HR, with a focus on positive candidate and employee experiences.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficiency in recruiting software and social media platforms. Data-driven approach to recruitment.
  • Must work well in a team environment with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Ability to work with and communicate across multiple levels of the organization
  • Must have personal attributes of empathy, proactivity, results-driven, relationship builder, and innovative.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PHR and/or Human Resources certification(s) – preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Frequent typing, computer work and filing required
  • Office environment-limited exposure to communicable diseases
  • No exposure to blood-borne pathogens or contaminated body fluids
  • Travel up to 10% between clinics, offices, and administrative identified office, other locations in the Nashville and surrounding counties.
