Responsibilities DON Director of Nursing:

  • The primary purpose of you job position is to direct the clinical aspect of the nursing home facility in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day to day functions of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and may be directed by the Administrator, the Medical Director.
  • Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained all times.


Qualifications DON Director of Nursing:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • RN in OH
  • DON experience necessary
  • A leader
  • Serious applicants
  • Interest in the geriatric population
