We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The Operations Intern provides support and assistance to the Operations and Clinical departments.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Review and process documents, forms, or records for data entry.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Generate reports or summaries based on entered data as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data tasks.
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- No experience required.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
