Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms and databases
- Screen resumes and identify potential matches for open roles
- Collaborate with members of the HR team on candidate pipelines and hiring needs
- Maintain and update candidate tracking systems
- Help improve and implement sourcing strategies
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
- Strong communicator and a team player
- Experience in HR or recruiting is a plus, but not required
- Learn from experienced HR professionals
- Flexible part-time schedule
