Position Summary:

As a Sales Operations Analyst at EFC International, you will play a key role in analyzing sales data, identifying performance trends, and optimizing operational efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience with CRM and business intelligence tools, and the ability to communicate insights that drive strategic decisions and improve sales effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Analyze large datasets using CRM systems and Excel to uncover trends and support data-driven decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Design clear and concise reports and dashboards using PowerBI to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Sales Metrics: Monitor and interpret sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, deal size, and cycle times.
  • CRM Expertise: Leverage tools like Dynamics 365 and Proton AI to manage sales processes and pipeline activity.
  • Dashboard Development: Create and maintain dynamic PowerBI dashboards for ongoing sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Project Coordination: Use project management tools such as Azure DevOps and ticketing systems to manage key sales initiatives.
  • Territory Management: Utilize data mapping tools to support efficient territory planning and execution.
  • Lead Qualification: Enhance lead scoring and tracking processes to improve pipeline quality and conversion rates.
  • Presentation Development: Assist with internal presentations, case studies, and reporting materials to support the sales team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Proton AI), Excel, PowerBI, and related analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales forecasting, sales KPIs, and business performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
