Real Estate Videographer/Editor

Summary

We’re building a real estate focused Youtube channel that blends home tours, neighborhood spotlights, client success stories, market updates, and lifestyle content with a strong personal brand.

We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and ambitious videographer/editor to help us bring this vision to life. We want someone who’s not just here to edit - but here to grow something meaningful with us.

Responsibilities

• Film 1-2 times per week - average shoot is 2-3 hours
• Edit 4 longform Youtube videos per month (8-10 minutes each)
• Create 10-15 vertical clips per month for Instagram Reels, Tiktok and Youtube Shorts
• Collaborate on visual style, pacing, and storylines - your creative input is welcome and encouraged
• Organize and upload content to shared folders in a clean, consistent manner
  
  

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong video editor
• Comfortable filming in a variety of environments (residential, neighborhoods, city streets, indoors/outdoors)
• Experience with lifestyle, real estate, and Youtube content creation is a big plus
• Knowledge of real estate trends or creators is a bonus, but not required
• Local to the Charlotte NC area and available on some weekends

Compensation and perks

• 2,500/month to start
• $3,000/month once the channel hits 10,000 subscribers
• $500 bonus for any month we exceed 100,000 total views
• Clear path to grow - creatively and financially - as a key member of our content team
• Open to negotiation and reevaluating compensation as the channel scales.
