About The Job
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting Inter-Con Security’s strategy to build and maintain an effective presence across our social media platforms. Working collaboratively with the Marketing Team, and other stakeholders, the social media coordinator will utilize Inter-Con’s social media automation platform (eClincher) to create and publish high-quality content.

About The Job
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for supporting Inter-Con Security’s strategy to build and maintain an effective presence across our social media platforms. Working collaboratively with the Marketing Team, and other stakeholders, the social media coordinator will utilize Inter-Con’s social media automation platform (eClincher) to create and publish high-quality content.
Duties And Responsibilities
Content Development
- Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Inter-Con’s business and marketing goals, while anticipating industry trends and shifts
- Produce visually compelling multimedia content (graphics, videos, etc.) that is consistent with established brand standards
- Maintain a social media content calendar that reinforces annual strategy and KPI goals
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to execute strategies that grow Inter-Con’s key audiences on social media
- Engage regularly with social media posts Inter-Con Security is tagged/mentioned in
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and brand-aligned manner, and foster meaningful conversations to strengthen brand loyalty
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Inter-Con’s target audiences, the competitive landscape, and social media marketing trends
- Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess and report on campaign impact, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related field
- 2+ years in social strategy, management, and content creation, ideally with in-house experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for digital marketing trends
- Experience using programs such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design software
- An understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- A portfolio that showcases creative flair, strategic thinking, and proven results
- Experience with eClincher or similar social media automation platform a plus
