Automotive Receptionist

Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle is looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
• Provide administrative support to various departments
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous office or reception experience; automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable, eager to learn, and committed to excellent customer service
• Familiarity with CDK/ADP software is a plus, but not required
