Director of Operations

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is working with a client in the greater Lawrence, MA area looking to add a Director of Operations to the team! This role will be focused in finance. This is a direct hire opportunity.

The Responsibilities For This Position Are As Follows

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Preparation and presentation of financial reports
• Work with CPA firm for end-of-year tax filings
• Oversee the annual audit process
• Oversight of human resources and IT systems
  
  

The Requirements For This Position Are As Follows

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking a plus!
  
  

Compensation: Up to $100k/year DOE
