How you will contribute
- Design, develop, and validate standard reports and metric dashboards to measure business performance.
- Design, develop, and manage balanced scorecard needs for enterprise and recommend improvements to reporting processes.
- Validate business data for purposes of establishing guidelines, variance and discrepancy analysis to determine opportunities for improved operational efficiencies.
- Participate in or lead process improvement projects utilizing database or applications to streamline manual processes and improve productivity in both internal team and corporate departments.
- Provide trending reports for the assessment of metric reports including customer program and service provider performance data.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 4 year degree (preferably in Business Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Administration).
- Experience with reporting and metric creation.
- Expert level proficiency in advanced functions of Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft Excel (macros/pivots/dashboards/formulas), Microsoft Access, MS Business Intelligence (PowerPivot/PowerQuery).
- Experience with SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Crystal, and/or Excelcius Report a plus.
- Ability to perform needs assessment; problem solving and root cause analysis.
