We’re seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Missouri City, TX. Someone who can use their vast experience in the industry and apply it to today’s challenges.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be preparing RFIs, RFPs, reviewing the scope of the project and contract values, and providing project oversight to all craft trades at site. Your skills in negotiation, managing the site work, and project controls will guide you towards the best outcome for the client and Jacobs. The base salary range for this position is $75,800.00 to $104,300.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, or related Engineering
- 5+ years of as working on large building construction.
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work
- Experience in design and task management of K12 or Higher Ed projects
- Experience with cost estimating and services during construction projects.
- Proficient in use of Bluebeam, Prolog, Kahua, MS Project, Primavera P6
