Dietician Job Overview:

The Dietitian will assist the Regional Dietician oversee the 3 Aria facilities, and assist with residents meal planning, charting, staff inservicing, and to attend resident care plan meetings as necessary.

Dietician Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes and conducts dietetic education for staff, residents, and families.
  • Oversees Menu Planning.
  • Develops and implements a nutritional plan based on an assessment of nutritional needs.
  • Evaluates and reports results of nutrition appropriately.
  • Provides appropriate counseling to individuals and families.
  • Evaluate and instructs on nutritional principles, dietary plans, food selection, and economics.
  • Communicates with clinician regarding patients' progress and treatment goals.
  • Oversees monthly weights in buildings.
  • Participates in risk meetings.
  • Completion of MDS and PCC.
  • Maintains confidentially and safety of patient clinical records.
