RN, Registered Nurse - A4 MICU

The job involves providing routine and complex care in a Coronary Medical ICU setting, utilizing advanced technologies and treating various medical conditions. Responsibilities include meeting nursing competencies, providing patient care, administering medications, documenting patient information, and educating patients and families. Core competencies cover utilizing the nursing process, patient throughput, unit operations, safe practice/quality care/regulations, and technical competencies in clinical policies and standards, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading and interpretation, and patient safety. Job requirements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, 1 year of related nursing specialty experience, BLS, RN license, ACLS, and unit-specific certifications. The work schedule is full-time from 7AM to 7PM.
