Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, and provision of nursing care. Supervises clinical staff, acts as charge nurse. Provides care to various patient populations. Develops care plans, implements care, evaluates patient response, and provides education. Communicates effectively, ensures safe practices, and complies with regulations. Utilizes nursing process, promotes patient throughput, manages unit operations, and ensures safe practice/quality care. Demonstrates technical competencies in clinical policies, health information documentation, medical equipment, medical order processing, patient chart reading, and patient safety. Requires BSN degree, 6 months to 1 year RN experience, BLS certification, and RN license. Full-time position.
