Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on our promise of excellent lawn care through scheduled maintenance programs.
• Drive company vehicles responsibly to various job sites.
• Work efficiently, balancing quality and pace, in all weather conditions.
• Handle fertilization, pesticide application, aerating, and seeding in line with safety standards.
• Engage with customers, addressing their concerns, and promoting additional services.
• Conduct daily checks on equipment and vehicles, reporting any issues.
• Comply with all company and departmental safety policies.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification from the Tennessee Ag Dept. Category 3 (we provide on-the-job training!).
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license with a clean record.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Comfort with technology (smartphones/tablets) for logging activities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Work Hours & Location:

• Full-time role
• 4 Day Work Weeks - Enjoy 3 days off
• 10-hour shifts, typically 7 AM to 5 PM
• Multiple outdoor locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $1,100.00 per week
