RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helpful and friendly greeting patients, utilizing careful listening skills.
• Provides the highest quality customer service, meeting customer needs, with utmost kindness, care, compassion, courtesy, empathy, and friendliness.
• Uses friendly voice, speaks clearly and is empathetic to patients' needs
• Strives for maximum patient satisfaction.
• Uses superior communication skills to engage the patient and peers during coordination.
• Greets patients and visitors as they arrive and leave.
• Provide forms to patients to fill out.
• Inputs demographics.
• Collects insurance information and cards.
• Scans information into eCW.
• Assists patients with all questions.
• Collects co-pays, balances, and deductibles.

REQUIREMENTS

• Friendly and outgoing demeaner.
• Comfortable nature on the phone and in personal communication.
• Desire to bring affordable healthcare to everyone.

• Starts at $18.50 per hour, DOE
