We’re looking for a driven and experienced Manager of Sales Development to lead from the front and be part of this incredible journey!

The Opportunity


As the Manager of Sales Development, you’ll act as both a coach and a player, leading by example and creating an environment where your team can learn, grow, and succeed. You will be the go-to mentor for your SDRs, offering real-time coaching, motivation, and tactical guidance. You’ll help shape the strategy, optimize processes, and work cross-functionally to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.


We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams, with at least 5 years of experience managing and mentoring inside sales or SDR functions. You should bring energy, ambition, and a strong work ethic, and you should love developing people just as much as hitting goals.




Key Responsibilities


  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor our SDR team to consistently exceed pipeline and performance goals.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine lead generation, qualification, and outreach strategies.
  • Inbound and Outbound Lead Management: Proven success with both inbound and outbound sales motions.
  • Partnerships: Experience working with OEM partners is a plus.
  • Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, analyze trends, identify improvement areas, and implement targeted solutions.
  • Training & Coaching: Deliver ongoing coaching, call reviews, feedback sessions, and sales training to sharpen your team’s effectiveness.
  • Hiring & Onboarding: Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and onboard top SDR talent.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline lead generation workflows and improve conversion metrics across the sales funnel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align efforts and share market feedback.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Establish and manage KPIs, track performance, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.




What We’re Looking For


Experience & Background:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing sales teams, preferably in an SDR or Inside Sales environment.
  • Proven ability to motivate and coach salespeople to consistently exceed goals.
  • Strong experience in pipeline management, reporting, and metrics-driven leadership.
