Financial Analyst – Direct Hire
Location: San Dimas, CA (Hybrid)
Salary: $90,000 to $100,000
We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for a direct hire opportunity based in San Dimas. This hybrid role requires a solid foundation in both finance and accounting, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for a direct hire opportunity based in San Dimas. This hybrid role requires a solid foundation in both finance and accounting, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries with a strong attention to detail
- Lead annual capital and operational budgeting processes
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of budget data and financial records
- Perform monthly variance (flux) analysis between actual results and budget
- Analyze trends in return on equity and rate of return for both actuals and forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Support financial analysis related to acquisitions and new business opportunities
- Maintain and update SOX documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls
- Assist with audits and general accounting functions as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to present key insights
- Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF, INDEX, and complex formulas)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
