Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Serve as the main point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of key business projects and deadlines
- Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and office supply procurement
- Support event planning, board meetings, and team communications
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address them
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role (3+ years preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
