Leora is currently recruiting an experienced clinician for the leadership role of Director of Clinical Services for our outpatient SUD treatment center.

Education:
- LPCC, LISW, or IMFT
- At least two years previous experience in a Behavioral Health setting, and at least one year previous experience in group counseling.
- Preferred experience working with substance use disorders and co-occuring severe and persistent mental illness and trauma.
- Current unencumbered State license in the State of employment
- CPR and Handle with Care (HWC) within 30 days of employment.
- May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
- Ensure that all operations and programming in the facility operate efficiently and professionally while providing a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure programs are compliant with all laws, rules, and regulations of federal and state licensing agencies, as well as CARF standards for quality care.
- Monitor care coordination and quality of care to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee work performance of all facility staff.
- Be familiar with all marketing efforts and budgetary items.
- Ensure clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements
- Overall coordination of school, work, or case management information for clients.
