Your Responsibilities
🎥 Video & Content Creation
- Edit and produce engaging videos from job-site footage, team highlights, customer stories, etc
- Format content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
- Design eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, and social media visuals
- Assist with filming and organizing content to support seasonal promotions and team initiatives
- Plan, schedule, and post content across social channels
- Maintain a consistent publishing calendar aligned with campaigns and company goals
- Engage with our online community and respond to questions or comments
- Help keep our brand voice friendly, knowledgeable, and professional
- Monitor performance metrics: video views, post reach, lead volume, and social engagement
- Track marketing channels that drive calls, leads, and bookings
- Build clear monthly reports to show what’s working
- Offer input on how to improve future content and digital strategy
- Skilled in video editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro
- Familiar with social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Basic design experience (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage weekly publishing schedules
- Comfortable reviewing data and identifying content trends
