Prepress Graphic Designer

**Job Opportunity: Pre-Press Graphic Designer (Flexographic Printing)**

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **Pre-Press Graphic Designer** with experience in **flexographic printing** to join our team. If you're passionate about design and have a strong understanding of the pre-press process, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and optimize artwork for flexographic printing presses.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure design specifications are met.
• Manage file formats, color separations, and trap settings.
• Ensure all designs are compatible with flexographic printing standards.
• Perform pre-flight checks and troubleshoot issues with artwork.
• Work with RIP software and create impositions for print.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Knowledge of color management, file formats, and print production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Create Pre-Press Art Plates utilizing Plate Making machine
  
  

Skills And Abilities

• Technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite Applications. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Expert knowledge of color reproduction, color correction, composition and design methods.
• Good knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Some knowledge of print production methods for Offset, Flexo and Digital printing.
• Good organization skills and ability to work on multiple projects with scheduled deadlines.
• Meet tight deadlines
  
  

Education

• H.S. Diploma, and / or preferably Associates Degree or higher education in Graphic Design
