As A Social Media Specialist You Will
- Assist with planning and scheduling social media content across platforms
- Engage with followers, monitor comments/messages, and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and promotional content
- Track social media KPIs and assist with monthly reporting and insights
- Stay current with social trends and recommend opportunities to grow engagement
- Support influencer campaign coordination and user-generated content initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
- Experience with platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Basic understanding of social media advertising and performance metrics
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Later, Sprout, or similar
