We are looking for a Director of Digital Marketing Strategy to lead the next chapter of our growth. This role is for a strategic leader who can build scalable marketing systems, generate high-quality leads, and directly support franchise owners in winning their local markets. You’ll also play a key role in helping launch and scale SID Supplies, our white-labeled vendor supply brand, by creating omni-channel marketing strategies and supporting B2B growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Build Franchise Level Marketing Systems Create plug-and-play marketing frameworks for franchisees, including digital asset libraries, campaign templates, local SEO playbooks, and seasonal marketing calendars. Expectation: Deliver a complete Franchise Marketing Toolkit within your first 60 days.
- Own and Lead the National Digital Strategy Develop and execute a full-funnel digital strategy across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, paid social, retargeting, email, SMS, and more designed to support both brand visibility and franchise-level lead generation. Expectation: Present a 12-month marketing roadmap aligned with company growth goals within your first 60 days.
- Support Omni-Channel Growth for SID Supplies Help white-label and scale SID Supplies as a trusted supply chain solution for franchisees and external partners. Build and manage an omni-channel marketing plan across ecommerce, email, paid ads, and social. Expectation: Launch a full marketing plan and brand framework for SID Supplies within 120 days.
- Develop and Execute Lead Generation Campaigns Manage and optimize paid media campaigns that drive conversions across Google Ads, Meta, display, and YouTube. Drive continuous improvements in CPL and overall lead quality. Expectation: Launch two new performance campaigns per quarter with defined KPIs.
- Oversee SEO, Site Optimization, and Local Listings Lead all organic visibility initiatives on-page SEO, technical improvements, local listings, and search-focused content strategies to increase qualified traffic and bookings. Expectation: Achieve a 20 percent year-over-year increase in organic traffic and improved franchise-level visibility.
- Manage Digital Vendors with Accountability Oversee SEM and marketing vendors to ensure timely execution, budget alignment, and performance results. Maintain a strong pulse on vendor productivity and ROI. Expectation: Conduct quarterly vendor performance reviews and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.
- Drive Reporting, Attribution, and Analytics Set up dashboards, analyze data, and communicate what’s working—and what’s not. Deliver campaign ROI reports, attribution models, and monthly summaries that guide strategy. Expectation: Deliver a detailed marketing report by the 10th of each month with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Franchise Owners on Local Strategy Work directly with franchise owners to strategize, build, and implement local marketing campaigns. Help them understand their data, maximize spend, and increase local awareness. Expectation: Conduct marketing check-ins and support implementation of custom campaigns in at least five markets per quarter.
- Keep Us Ahead of the Curve Stay sharp on digital trends, platform changes, and new tools. Be the person who helps us innovate before we’re asked to. Expectation: Deliver a quarterly innovation brief with two to three testable ideas to elevate our brand strategy.
- 7+ years in digital marketing with proven results in DTC, multi-location, or franchise environments
- Experience building and scaling performance campaigns (SEM, paid social, email/SMS)
- Comfortable collaborating with field operators, vendors, and C-level leaders
- SEO-savvy and confident managing organic and paid growth strategies
- Hands-on with data—GA4, dashboards, attribution models, and ROI tracking
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads
- Klaviyo, Attentive, Mailchimp, or similar CRM platforms
- GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI
- SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz
- Asana, Monday, or other project management tools
- BigCommerce, Shopify, or WooCommerce
